1. These terms
These terms govern your use of https://frontrowdxb.com. By using the site you accept them. They do not govern any engagement between us: paid work is covered by a separate written agreement, and if that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement prevails.

3. What this website is
It describes our services and lets you contact us. Everything on it is provided for general information. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it creates a client relationship or an obligation on our part to accept an engagement.
4. Enquiries
Sending the contact form does not create a contract. We reply to enquiries we can help with, usually within one business day, and we are free to decline any enquiry without giving a reason. Please give us accurate information: we rely on what you tell us, including your confirmation about sanctions, when we decide whether we can work with you.
5. Eligibility and sanctions
We are licensed in the United Arab Emirates and we screen every prospective client against the sanctions lists set out on our service coverage page. We may decline, suspend or end any engagement where continuing would breach sanctions, export controls, anti-money-laundering obligations or UAE law.

The Front Row name and logo, the text, design, code and images on this site belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by UAE and international law. You may read, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, adapt or use them commercially, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use this website unlawfully, do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to the systems behind it, do not scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, do not submit malicious code, and do not use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages. We may block access where any of this occurs.
8. External links
Where we link to another website, including the official sanctions sources we cite, we do so for reference. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
9. Availability and accuracy
We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. Content may be out of date, and access may be suspended for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. The site is provided as it stands, without any warranty that the law does not require us to give.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent UAE law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, and what is stored on your device is set out in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of these terms.
12. Changes
We may amend these terms. The version published on this page, with the date shown above, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the amended terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
